Essential Functions:
Candidate will be required to support the Small Weapon UAS team in managing events. This support includes risk identification and management, safety, communications, mission/event planning, and organization.

Education:
High School / GED required. Degree preferred but not required. Any relevant certifications are also desired.
Security Clearance:
Must be eligible to obtain a secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

- Candidate must have experience with risk mitigation, safety, and proven organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications are required. Experience leading technical teams is also required.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant technical experience.

High School / GED required. Degree preferred but not required. Any relevant certifications are also desired.
