Summary
The MIL Corporation is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager (Project Management, Senior Manager) to coordinate projects across the Federal Reserve Board's IT infrastructure teams.
This position currently requires an on-site schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.
This position is currently unfunded and is being posted in anticipation of a future contract award and funding approval. We are proactively identifying and engaging with qualified candidates. While candidates may be contacted for pre-screening, any hiring decisions will be contingent upon funding availability and final program requirements or client approval.

For this position, the projected compensation range is $120,000 - $165,000 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a centralized project management framework for all project workstreams
- Coordinate cross-functional technical teams to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables
- Create and manage project schedules, dependencies, and critical paths for infrastructure deployments
- Facilitate regular stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives across technical teams
- Manage release cycles and deployment calendars across server, network, and cloud environments
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers affecting project timelines
- Establish standardized communication channels between technical teams and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project status and updates
Travel
Must be able to travel to FRB locations in Washington, DC. No travel outside of the DC area is expected currently.
Required Qualifications
- At least seven (7) years of experience as a program manager or program consultant.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies
- Experience coordinating technical teams across multiple IT domains
- Proven ability to manage complex infrastructure projects with interdependencies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, GitLab, etc.)
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components (networking, servers, cloud services)
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and IT Service Management
- Experience with change management processes in enterprise environments
Desired Qualifications
- PMI Certification and/or Agile program management certification preferred.
