Our client is an award winning global integrator supporting a major branch of our Armed Forces. They have a need for a Real Property SME where you will identify, review, and validate real property asset records across physical and digital systems, conduct inventory inspections and testing, manage APSR data, respond to audit findings and PBC requests, implement remediation plans and SOPs, support Construction in Progress (CIP) tracking, provide audit training, and deliver data-driven updates to leadership and stakeholders.
 
Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with an ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE. This opportunity is remote with up to 50% travel required. 

Responsibilities
Identify, verify, and validate asset records for buildings, structures, linear assets, utilities, and land maintenance activities
Perform asset reviews and inventory inspections, including Existence and Completeness (E&C) testing; conduct asset testing; develop corrective action plans; and manage both physical and digital asset files
Review and maintain digital facility records within the Accountable Property System of Record (APSR)
Respond to Notices of Findings and Recommendations (NFRs) and Provided by Client (PBC) requests; implement audit remediation plans; and develop standard operating procedures to ensure ongoing audit compliance
Support the management and tracking of Construction in Progress (CIP) projects, ensuring accurate project status and documentation
Develop and deliver training materials and resources to enhance understanding of audit processes and requirements
Conduct data analysis and clearly communicate detailed findings, status updates, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders through participation in meetings and forums

Qualifications
Prior experience working with real property assets
Ability to operate effectively across multiple time zones
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time 
Ability to prepare and deliver updates and briefings to senior client stakeholders
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and implementing audit compliance controls
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience with NexGen IT is strongly preferred
Active DoD Secret security clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting the Department of Defense

Compensation:

W2 Hourly rate: $50 - $65. Pay rates are based on experience, qualifications, location, and certifications, and are subject to change at any time.
