Savvee Inc. is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to support our federal client onsite in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate thrives on leading content strategy and creative design for English and foreign-language platforms, ensuring consistent updates and culturally informed messaging. Candidates will monitor engagement, analyze performance, and develop publication plans that align with strategic objectives. Candidates must hold an active Secret clearance.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Overseeing the planning, creation, and management of the CCPA's (Central Command Public Affairs) English and foreign language social media platforms.
• Leading the creative design, ensuring technical upkeep, and developing the content strategy across platforms.
• Providing consistent updates across the client’s English and foreign‑language platforms, aligned with key messages and strategic objectives.
• Tracking and monitoring social media aliases of key individuals and organizations, maintaining an updated database, and recommending engagement actions based on real‑time monitoring.
• Delivering monthly performance reports with insights, engagement analysis, platform prioritization, and recommendations for improvement.
• Developing and maintaining a monthly digital media publication plan that specifies platforms, languages, and culturally informed content in coordination with Regional Media Analysts.
• Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client.
• Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support.


REQUIRED EDUCATION AND TRAINING

• Bachelor’s degree


MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Three or more years of experience
• Must hold an active Secret clearance
• Proven knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and hands-on experience applying AI solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A highly motivated self-starter
• Must be motivated and have excellent customer service skills
