The ideal candidate thrives on crafting compelling digital stories, managing social media strategies, and driving audience engagement through innovative content. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Producing high-quality multimedia content and managing the client’s social media presence.
• Ensuring digital storytelling aligns with command messaging, maximizes audience engagement, and effectively repurposes content across platforms.
• Creating and editing high‑quality photos, videos, and AP‑style written content, repurposing assets for cross‑platform distribution while aligning with strategic messaging.
• Managing a strategic content calendar, scheduling and publishing posts, collaborating with social and web teams for message consistency, and engaging audiences in real time using platform‑specific best practices.
• Tracking KPIs (engagement, reach, impressions, shares), applying data insights, and incorporating emerging trends to refine strategy.
• Building community and elevating brand positioning through Q and As, live streams, interactive campaigns, cross‑platform promotion, and partnerships.
• Producing high‑quality photos, videos, and written stories for command events and activities, including detailed captions ready for publication on the client’s digital platforms.
• Maintaining a well‑organized repository of historical multimedia content to support long‑term documentation and reuse.
• Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client.
• Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
• Five or more years of experience in digital content creation, social media management, or multimedia storytelling
• Must hold an active Secret clearance
• Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, video‑editing software, and professional photography equipment
• Strong AP‑style writing and editing skills
• Must have deep knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with the ability to repurpose content across channels
• Proven knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and hands-on experience applying AI solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A highly motivated self-starter
• Must be motivated and have excellent customer service skills
DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in crisis communication and supporting 24/7 surge requirements
