Savvee Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Assessment Analyst to support our federal client onsite in Tampa, FL. We’re looking for a candidate who enjoys turning data into actionable insights, thrives on evaluating communication strategies, and is passionate about improving engagement and effectiveness. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Delivering Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation (AME) support by analyzing the client’s media, social media, and related communication activities to strengthen internal and external messaging.
• Providing timely, data‑driven insights and actionable recommendations that enhance engagement, followership, and overall communication effectiveness.
• Conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis, using assessment tools such as surveys and evaluation protocols, and developing frameworks and methodologies aligned with operational goals.
• Designing and implementing assessment strategies to measure the effectiveness of the client’s communication initiatives, monitoring ongoing activities, and tracking key performance indicators.
• Delivering detailed assessment products covering the client’s Area of Responsibility, exercises, operations, senior‑leader travel, and other mission‑relevant activities.
• Providing written and verbal feedback with actionable recommendations, helping leadership make informed decisions that strengthen communication strategies.
• Monitoring the client’s communication performance, analyzing trends, and producing comprehensive reports that highlight insights, areas for improvement, and opportunities to increase effectiveness and engagement.
• Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client.
• Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND TRAINING
• Bachelor’s degree
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
• Five or more years of experience in assessment, data analysis, or related fields, with demonstrated expertise in assessment methodologies, data collection, and statistical analysis
• Must hold an active Secret clearance
• Must be familiar with OSD Policy AME guidance and frameworks
• Ability to collaborate effectively across DoD and external stakeholders
• Skilled at presenting data in clear, actionable formats with recommendations for improvement
• Proven knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and hands-on experience applying AI solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A highly motivated self-starter
• Must be motivated and have excellent customer service skills
