Successfully completed 3 full years (54 hours) of progressively higher graduate level education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree from an accredited or pre-accredited institution in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management; or, graduate education that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks

- You will coordinate a variety of complex and unusual security issues with ISD security officers for security vulnerability when there is not complete agreement on methods or procedures, or objectives.
- You will serve as network administrator with responsibility for defining and executing the total breadth of activity required to ensure the continuous availability of the organization's LAN.
- You will develop and refine Internet services (e.g., Web sites, list servers, and FTP sites) and consults with program specialists in developing new services or enhancing existing services to expand current information dissemination capabilities.
