Amentum is seeking a Property and Logistics Specialist Senior to support the Space Force Range contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform limited aspects of administrative and technical supply coordination with purchasing agents and field technicians
  • Maintain database of various types of files to include statistical usage and scenario management files for metrics and CDRL generation
  • Maintain equipment binders for all accounts
  • Research part(s) availability in contractor inventory, the Air Force Supply System and other Government Sources of Supply
  • Process requisitions in accordance with Air Force Base Supply procedures, FAR 45-5, AFI 23-101 and commercial business practices
  • Responsible for initial and replacement material/equipment purchase requests through established systems
  • Perform material coordination duties for special programs, maintenance, or production shops
  • Responsible for actions pertaining to Return to Vendor (RTV)
  • Work within a framework of established supply regulations, policies, and procedures, or other governing supply management guidelines
  • Responsible for accuracy of data between supply systems, specifically Cost Point and MAXIMO
  • Perform audits of warehouse assets to assess level of compliance with applicable requirements; identifies deficiencies.
  • Develop audit reports to document audit performance and reports results to the Logistics Manager
  • Fill in, as needed, to support Radar Operations and other administrative duties on island
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Business or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Five (5) years' experience in Logistics/Supply
  • Education or training which demonstrates a thorough knowledge of governing supply regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Working knowledge of Air Force supply regulations AFI23-102, AFI23-123, AFMAN23-122, preferred


Additional Eligibility Qualifications
  • Ability to move and transport supplies weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to drive manual transmission*
  • The flexibility to work frequent non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License
  • Valid U.S. passport or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire


*Please note all government vehicles used for transportation to and from the work site are standard transmissions (stick shift).

Compensation Details:
$75000
