This role will lead internal Appian enablement by owning the demo and training environments, building real-world solutions, and teaching teams how to design and deliver high-quality Appian applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and maintain the internal Appian demo and training environments
Design and build Appian applications, demos, and reusable components
Train, mentor, and coach developers on Appian best practices and architecture
Establish development standards and patterns across the team
Serve as the go-to Appian expert for technical guidance and enablement
Qualifications
Appian Certification (Associate, Senior, or Lead)
Strong hands-on Appian development experience
Proven ability to train, mentor, and lead technical teams
Excellent communication and instructional skills
