In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing full stack applications, including front-end user interfaces, back-end APIs, and databases, in the cloud. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, architecture, and quality assurance, to define and prioritize requirements, and develop comprehensive solutions that meet customer needs. Your daily responsibilities will include:
• Utilizing development skills to build and support full stack applications, including front-end user interfaces, back-end APIs, and databases
• Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions using a range of technologies and programming languages, integrating with existing systems and applications to enable seamless data exchange and processing
• Analyzing system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing optimization strategies to ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability
• Working with the product team to prioritize requirements into a plan to meet milestones and minimum viable products (MVP) that meet schedule, cost, and functional constraints
• Working with internal customers to help conceptualize means to apply digital technology as a strategic asset
• Participating in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, and contributing to the development of best practices and guidelines for full stack engineering
As a full stack engineer on our team, you will have the opportunity to lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the development of our technical strategy and vision. You will be expected to demonstrate expertise in full stack engineering, software design patterns, and cloud-based technologies, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Basic Qualifications :
• US Citizenship is required for this role
• Software development experience within Agile methodology
• Experience with REACT, CSS/HTML, TypeScript
• Experience with JavaScript/Node [node.JS]
• Experience with Python
• PostgreSQL
• Experience with ETL / API (Extract, Transform, Load)
• Design and develop APIs that effectively leverage data to power intuitive UI components, ensuring seamless data exchange and visualization
• Experience with multiple data sources
• DevOps tools: Docker, Git
