Description: ACT1 Federal is currently seeking an experience Program Manager to provide program management support for the Department of the Navy (DON) Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) Headquarter (HQ), Comptroller Directorate.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall planning, direction and success of the program, systems development efforts, and research or technology initiatives which have great significance to the activities and agency's needs. Experience managing mid-to-large, multi-year efforts divided into several sub-programs/tasks. Responsible for the overall program definition, organization, and direction of short- and long-range plans to include formulating, guiding, and directing the technical approach; and defining and negotiating with activity and agency personnel for necessary resources, establishment and control of technical milestones, schedules, budgets and costs are also essential tasks.
Requirements
Salary: $116,625-$186,600 to align with education and experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or business administration is required.
- 7+ years of professional experience managing financial management programs. Experience managing mid-to-large financial management support programs in a DoD/Navy environment required.
- Experience with Navy ERP, Defense Travel Systems (DTS), Payroll support, Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS), funds control analysis, budget execution validation (BEV), receipt & acceptance, Reimbursable Work Order (RWO) events, general accounting, cash account analysis, accounts payable analysis, General Ledger (GL), reconciliation support, asset management is required.
- Active Secret or above clearance is required.
Salary: $116,625-$186,600 to align with education and experience.
