- You will conduct inspections of facilities, noting hazardous conditions, practices and or equipment.
- You will utilize various software to create trackers, spreadsheets, reports and correspondence.
- You will greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls to personnel or other offices as needed.
- You will assist with pre-planning high risk course developments, course and equipment relocation and when new equipment, trainers, or training platforms and facilities are planned for utilization.
- You will collaborate with others to determine root causes and follow up to advise if implemented solutions addressed the identified issues.
- You will review logs daily and input information into appropriate database as required.
- You will maintain records and submit reports to assist in maintaining the annual budget.
