This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).

Help
- Serve as the DHA MEDLOG Directorate expert to identify methods for creating, presenting, and tracking training on MEDLOG automation and processes, including DML-ES products like DMLSS, LogiCole, GFEBS, MHS Genesis, and JMAR.
- Apply accepted techniques to plan, direct, and coordinate all activities involved in the instructional design process for DHA Medical Logistics training programs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop, deliver, evaluate, and sustain DHA Medical Logistics training and training programs.
- Design and plansfor the delivery and management of DMLSS and LogiCole training to provide solutions for a well-trained MEDLOG community.
- Analyze and formulate training needs assessments and recommendations based on research of Medical Logistics policy, reports, statistical data, and surveys.
- Apply DoD Medical Supply Chain principals and policy to analyze needs, provide feedback, and corrective action plans towards DHA Medical Logistics training program effectiveness.

- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
