DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be responsible for management of contractor staff and oversight of all work performed under the Task Order Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Act as the single point of contact for the Task Order CO and the COR.
- Train and develop new staff.
- Ensure that all work submitted to the government is high quality, completed with little to no errors
- Oversee the successful completion of work.
- Meet all established deadlines.
- Proactively identify areas of concern and implement targeted training and skill enhancement to meet government quality expectations.
- Respond to requests for discussions or resolution of technical problems within one (1) hour of notification during core hours.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree and 24 semester hours in business related coursework, from an accredited college or university
