Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-05) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying housing administration policies, procedures, and regulations for military family housing to counsel prospective and current applicants 2) Setting priorities and responding to inquiries from housing applicants and various agencies to facilitate workload requirements 3) Interpreting applicable state laws to explain rental and lease agreements to housing applicants 4) Preparing housing reports for local management to submit to higher authorities.(NOTE: THIS INFORMATION MUST BE SUPPORTED IN YOUR RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.)

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of at least full year of graduate level education
OR
Superior academic achievement
OR
A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience

- You will review application forms for completeness of entries to add applicant to the housing wait list under appropriate category or housing requested or needed.
- You will prepare appropriate housing reports or documentation concerning occupancy, vacancy, placement or other related activities.
- You will brief applicants on policies and procedures related to housing and occupancy to ensure maximum usage of housing resources.
- You will coordinate with Public Private Venture (PPV) Management Personnel to maintain referrals, assignments, and financial electronic funds transactions for service members in privatized housing.
