The Leadership Development team is responsible for skilling over 16,000 leaders for critical transition and high potential roles. We are in a transformative period in our journey where we are building the framework and tools to accelerate our program for continuous success for today and years to come.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Intern to support the execution of our leadership development programs for our Critical Transition and Accelerator portfolios. In this dynamic role, you will be directly involved in managing program calendars, supporting program managers analyze and report out on program surveys, and managing key execution tasks to ensure smooth program delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for document management and distributing essential resources to our Events & Logistics team. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required, and experience with SharePoint products is a plus. Your exceptional organizational skills and proactive approach will be critical in translating strategic objectives into impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate program scheduling and communications by managing calendar invitations for meetings and events.
  • Assist in the creation and analysis of survey results to inform program improvements.
  • Proofread documentation and communications with keen attention to detail, ensuring clarity, precision, and consistency.
  • Distribute essential promotional resources and program materials to the E&L team to support program delivery.
  • Accurately document meeting notes and prepare comprehensive summaries for stakeholders.
  • Manage various program execution tasks to ensure seamless operations and timely deliverables.
  • Leverage proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint products to optimize documentation and workflow processes.
  • Support continuous process improvements by proactively identifying and addressing operational needs.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university.
  • Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during the summer of 2026.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.70/4.0 or higher


Intern Pay Range:

Bachelor's: $16.75 - $33.50

Master's: $24.50 - $42.25
