Position Summary

The Technical Recruiter is responsible for the hands-on execution of recruiting activities focused on identifying, engaging, and supporting the hiring of technology consultants. This role spends the majority of time sourcing candidates, communicating with prospective talent, conducting initial screening conversations, and preparing candidate submissions.

This position works closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership and requires regular use of applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management tools, and recruiting automation platforms that support sourcing, outreach, and pipeline management. The Technical Recruiter is expected to manage multiple open roles, maintain accurate documentation, and represent Entelligence professionally to candidates throughout the recruiting process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute daily recruiting activities, including sourcing, outreach, screening, and candidate coordination
  • Use recruiting systems and tools to manage pipelines, track activity, and maintain accurate records
  • Engage candidates through platform-appropriate messaging and follow-up
  • Conduct initial screening conversations to assess skills, experience, and interest
  • Prepare client-ready resumes and internal candidate submissions
  • Communicate with candidates throughout interview, offer, and decline stages
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
  • Follow established recruiting processes, policies, and compliance requirements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting workflows and practices

Required Qualifications

  • Two or more years with technical experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition
  • Two or more years of experience with applicant tracking systems and candidate management tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills supporting candidate communication
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two or more years of experience recruiting technical or consulting talent
  • One or more years in technology, consulting, or professional services organizations
  • Familiarity with recruiting automation and sourcing platforms
  • Experience supporting distributed or remote teams
