Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an Executive Administrative Lead to support Kadiak and our government customer in Washington, DC. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust.

The Executive Administrative Lead plays a critical role in developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive communication strategies that support organizational objectives and enhance stakeholder engagement. This position requires a dynamic professional who can effectively bridge internal and external communications while supporting executive-level operations in a fast-paced IT environment.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Strategic Communication & Outreach:
  • Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive outreach, communication, and marketing activities for both internal and external audiences
  • Design and execute targeted messaging campaigns to reach specific participant groups and broad population segments
  • Support rapid dissemination of critical information regarding operational impacts and service disruptions
  • Develop communication strategies that align with organizational goals and stakeholder needs

Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management:
  • Maintain continuous contact with customers and communities through diverse engagement formats including focus groups, site visitations, interviews, and other strategic communication methods
  • Field and respond to inquiries from staff, clients, and customers via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, online portals) related to organizational programs and activities
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders
  • Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and various organizational constituencies

Data Analysis & Performance Measurement:
  • Capture, analyze, and interpret data collected through multiple communication channels to identify trends and support decision-making processes
  • Develop and implement methods to monitor and measure the effectiveness of products, services, and communication initiatives
  • Compile, track, report, and evaluate performance data to demonstrate program impact and ROI
  • Document and highlight achievements associated with service implementation and communication strategy execution

Administrative & Executive Support:
  • Coordinate and support meeting engagements, travel requirements, and special events
  • Develop and prepare formal presentation materials for customers, executive leadership, and staff
  • Manage routing of documents and communications through appropriate organizational channels
  • Process and coordinate reporting requirements and administrative documentation
  • Provide executive-level administrative support including calendar management and logistics coordination

Education and Experience Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft productivity suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
  • Proven experience developing and supporting communication programs within an IT department or similar technical environment
  • General understanding of software development life cycle principles and IT operations
  • Ability to excel in fast-paced, team-oriented environments while managing multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively and consistently meet tight deadlines

Working Conditions:
  • This position requires full-time on-site presence at the designated government facility to provide direct support to organizational operations and maintain immediate availability for executive-level communications and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • The role operates in a professional office environment with requirements for occasional travel to support meetings, events, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • The position demands flexibility to work extended hours and occasional overtime when supporting critical communications, executive functions, emergency response situations, or time-sensitive organizational initiatives. Overtime may be required during peak operational periods, special events, or when responding to urgent stakeholder needs.
