Overview
VTG is seeking a Systems Engineer / Technical Advisor in Chantilly VA to support a government customer by guiding technical development, validating requirements, tracking milestones, and ensuring multi‑team system integration. This role supports technical leads and ensures that delivered capabilities meet mission needs.
What will you do?
Responsibilities:
• Advise government technical leads on engineering decisions
• Review, refine, and verify system requirements and deliveries
• Develop and track program milestones and technical schedules
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies across development teams
• Facilitate integration of components from multiple development groups
• Support verification, validation, and readiness reviews
Do you have what it takes?
TS/SCI with Poly Required
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
• 5-10 years of systems engineering or SETA experience
• Demonstrated experience supporting government customers
• Strong understanding of requirements management and V&V
• Cybersecurity background preferred
