Fleet Readiness Directorate (FRD) is NAVWAR's focal point for maintenance, repair, installation, delivery, Cyber posture management and sustainment issues for the NAVWAR product line. Installation management includes planning, integration, metrics, contracting, process improvement, analysis, reporting, execution, and other activities which support the installation of hardware (HW) and software (SW) products from across the SPAWAR Enterprise as well as from other SYSCOMs and organizations. FRD supports Fleet Commander, TYCOM, ISIC and unit level in conducting Cyber management of all SPAWAR and liaisons with sister SYSCOMs in the effectiveness and efficiency vulnerability management of networked systems. FRD manages various in-service programs transitioned from PEOs and provides in-service sustainment advocacy through coordination with the Fleet Systems Engineering Teams (FSETs), Program Offices (PMWs), In-Service Engineering Agents (ISEAs), Fleet Support Teams, and Training Support. On this task order NAVWAR is acquiring program management, business management, and executive level support for the Office of the Chief Engineer (CHENG) (SPAWAR 5.0), the Acquisition and Program Management Competency (SPAWAR 6.0), the SPAWAR Fleet Readiness Directorate (FRD), and other SPAWAR Competencies.
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Integrated Master Scheduler is responsible for the development, maintenance, integration and analysis of the program-level master schedule and additional schedules requested by the Program Manager. This position requires a deep understanding of scheduling principles and best practices as well as experience in briefing scheduling reports to different levels of leadership. The Integrated Master Scheduler will work closely with project managers, business analysts, other Navy commands and both internal and external stakeholders to the Navy to ensure that all projects are properly planned and executed in accordance with schedule on the NAVWAR 5.0, 6.0 FRD Professional Support Services (PSS) contract. This position is located in San Diego, CA.

INDUS aims to provide a competitive compensation package, including a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000. What You'll Do
- Develop, maintain, integrate and analyze large dynamic schedules in MS Project
- Interface with stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with program objectives
- Validate schedule logic and refine scheduling needs
- Monitor schedule performance and identify risks and opportunities for improvement
- Run and validate what-if scenarios for scheduling efficiency
- Support the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager in achieving program objectives
- Prepare scheduling briefs to be presented to different levels of leadership
- Bid and proposal support if requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required.
- Three (3) years of experience providing project scheduling support or related services in a NAVWAR or similar DoD or federal environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Project Online.
- Proficiency with KIDASA Milestones Professional.
- Proficiency with Deltek Acumen.
- Must possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Must possess strong time management skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with construction schedules.
- Experience with the interpretation of Earned Value data to provide oral and written communications to all levels of stakeholders.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certified.
- Earned Value Professional (EVP) certified.
- Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) certified.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain seated in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must also be able to alternate between sitting, standing, and walking.
