The Senior Network Project Manager for a government account is an AT&T POC throughout and after project completion. Leads communications efforts, maintains project schedules, and submits deliverables. Provides the critical personnel on specified projects with consistent support and easy access to AT&T leadership to escalate issues, identify / solve problems and perform additional duties as required by the customer.

- Develop program strategies, goals, and objectives, aligning them with the customer requirements.
- Manage and coordinate multiple, interconnected projects within a program.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively across projects.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Track program performance, monitor progress against goals, and make adjustments as needed.
- Identifying opportunities to improve program management processes and efficiencies.
- Expertise in advanced Microsoft Excel functions and reporting.

- Account/Project Management experience 3 - 5 years with Government telecom background.
- Broad knowledge in legacy/modern voice technology implementation and support.
