You will be the Project Engineer Senior Staff for the F-22 Communication, Navigation and Identification team within the Business Operations organization for Engineering & Technology which is responsible for delivering cutting-edge capabilities to the F-22 platform.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in engineering/technical discipline or related experience.
• Program/project management experience.
• Combat systems experience.
• Experience Root Cause Corrective Action
• Experience working with Supplier Statement of Works.
• Experience Risk Management
• Experience with contract negotiations, technical evaluations, basis of estimates.
• Experience with Earned Value.
Desired Skills:
• F-22 Development, Production, and/or Sustainment experience.
• Risk/opportunity management experience.
• Experience developing and presenting executive-level briefings.
• Experience with contract management: scope, budget, risk, schedule, and Earned Value Management System (EMVS) principles.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

- Serve as the Combat Systems project engineer for the F-22 CNI Hardware Team.
- Coordinate with Development, Production Readiness, and Sustainment CNI Hardware Teams to identify, track, and mitigate program-risk items.
- Lead and manage projects addressing Combat Systems and Air Vehicle issues impacting the F-22 CNI Hardware systems.
- Manage Engineering Contracts related to Production (EVMS performance, Integrated Master Plans, and Integrated Master Schedule).
- Prepare and brief leadership on project and contract status.
