Description:
You will be the Items Analyst Associate for the PAC 3 Sustainment Field Operations team. Our team keeps PAC 3 field units, missile activities, and mobile reconstitution teams supplied with the right parts at the right time, ensuring mission critical readiness worldwide.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Items Analyst Associate you will support senior logisticians by maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing storage, and processing issue/receipt transactions. You'll be a key player in the supply chain that directly fuels field operations, while gaining hands on experience in a fast paced, mission focused environment in Grand Prairie, TX.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing loose issue and bulk storage by location, NSN, and serviceability; conducting routine counts and updating perpetual inventory at the point of issue.
• Processing equipment issue and receipt transactions for individuals, units, or activities and ensuring accurate entry in the supply support database.
• Verifying that all materiel transaction records meet regulatory requirements for stock control, accountability, and life cycle sustainment.
• Participating in quarterly and annual inventory cycles, performing physical counts, and reconciling discrepancies under supervision.
• Tracking and replenishing kits that support PAC 3 field operations, coordinating with shipping and transportation to meet schedule demands.
• Collaborating with maintenance, engineering, transportation, contracting, and operational units to resolve supply issues and sustain mission readiness.
• Meeting physical requirements, including lifting a minimum of 40 lb unassisted and handling inventory items as needed.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Familiarity with logistics information systems (training will be provided).
• Self motivated with the ability to work independently and follow direction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively within a dynamic team.
Desired Skills:
• Intermediate skill level with Excel (e.g., formulas, basic pivot tables) and other Microsoft applications.
• Basic understanding of inventory control principles and data analysis.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with cross functional stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in developing a career in defense logistics and supply support.
• Capability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet established deadlines.
