You will be the Logistics and Sustainment Engineering Lead for the Precision Fires International Contractor Logistics Support (ICLS) Field Support Team within the Tactical Missiles (TM) line of business. Our team drives end to end sustainment for HIMARS and M270A1 launchers, turning customer requirements into precise, on time logistics solutions that keep warfighters mission ready worldwide.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Logistics and Sustainment Engineering Lead you will be responsible for guiding the ICLS Field Support Team through complex sustainment operations while acting as the Deputy ICLS Program Manager. You'll partner with senior leadership, U.S. Government and international customers, and serve as the primary spokesperson on all program critical logistics matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a multidisciplinary team of logistics professionals, ensuring high performance execution of sustainment tasks.
• Supervise full spectrum activities: hardware request processing, receipt, packing, shipping, warehousing, and inventory control.
• Translate new and existing customer requirements into clear, actionable work packages for sub teams.
• Maintain enterprise compliance across all logistics processes, adhering to DoD standards and contractual obligations.
• Produce and present status reports, risk assessments, and performance metrics to senior management and international stakeholders.
• Serve as the senior liaison between the ICLS program, the ICLS Program Manager, and external customers, effectively communicating technical and schedule information.
• Coordinate domestic and overseas travel to support field operations, audits, and customer engagements.
• Stay current on DoD logistics terminology, systems, and best practices, applying business principles to continuously improve processes.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be possess a current Final Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Secret security clearance is required.
Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership characteristics
Experience with repair concepts; maintenance tasks for field repairable items and depot repairable items.
Knowledge of Precision Fires HIMARS and M270 products.
Relevant experience leading multi discipline people and teams in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Proven skills in developing trust with internal partners. Strong interpersonal, communication and networking ability able to generate innovative solutions through process improvement and change management events.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the demonstrated ability to communicate to all levels of management and customer organization.
Experience creating internal and external executive-level functional and program presentations, ensuring messages are communicated accurately, concisely and consistently.
Proposal development experience; Basis of Estimate (BOE), Statements of Work (SOWs), Deliverables. Experience in contractual terms and conditions.
Desired Skills:
Lead experience with a broad background in military Field Artillery systems and supply chain management support and a track record of dealing directly with customers.
Experience with Precision Fires HIMARS and M270 products, and sustainment of those products specifically.
Depot support operations/field supply chain management experience.
Experience in systems full lifecycle management across multiple Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) disciplines.
Knowledge and experience in design, implementation, and delivery of sustainment solutions.
Ability to work multiple projects and issues simultaneously from inception to completion.
Ability to interface and work well with multiple functional areas (i.e., shipping, engineering, quality, contracts, program office and external customers).
Experience with depot operations sustainment principles and sustainment tools.
Knowledgeable of Reliability Engineering efforts
Control Account Management (CAM 101) trained and Earned Value Management experience.
Risk and Opportunity experience.
Ability to develop positive relationships with suppliers and customers.
Strong business acumen.
Experience defining strategy.
Strong process discipline with focus on efficiency and optimization.
