Description:
You will be the Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead for the Sustainment Operations Program Office. Our team drives cost, quality, and schedule excellence across multiple concurrent sustainment task orders, delivering reliable missile processing and ensuring every contract meets its performance targets.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead you will partner directly with Program Managers to own the integrated master schedule, track contract deliverables, and surface risks and opportunities. You'll serve as the technical bridge between control account managers, depot leads, and the Integrated Maintenance Assessment Team (IMAT), turning data into actionable insight and keeping the program on time and on budget.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Own the "who, what, when, and why" of all missile processing work for supported customers.
• Communicate program manager priorities to the Sustainment Execution Team within IMAT, translating technical needs into clear action items.
• Facilitate problem solving sessions, gathering execution team input, diagnosing issues, and presenting well structured solutions to the PM.
• Serve as the PM's technical resource: develop deep knowledge of MSE/CRI missile subsystems, planning tools, and key program contacts.
• Innovate by identifying execution roadblocks, proposing realistic alternatives, and guiding the PM through decision making.
• Support forecasting and planning of execution activities, accounting for constraints and preparing formal briefings for USG stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Recertification, Repair, and Stockpile Reliability Testing teams to meet contractual milestones within cost targets.
• Contribute to the development of complete, executable cost estimates.
• Assist FMS Program Managers in creating presentations and communications for PAC 3 directorates, USG, and international partners.
• Analyze customer material readiness using ERP data and deliver recommendations that shape strategic decisions and on time delivery.
• Represent the program on the Configuration Control Board (CCB).
• Participate in Failure Review Board (FRB), Risk & Opportunity Board, and Corrective Action Board (CAB) deliberations.
