Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Utilize a variety of sourcing tools, platforms, and strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, Boolean searches, networking, and social media) to identify qualified candidates for candidates looking to make a difference.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring or high-demand positions across Case Management, Language Services, and Administrative Services.
- Screen and assess candidate qualifications, ensuring alignment with job requirements, including technical expertise, language proficiency, and relevant experience.
- Maintain an active pool of pre-qualified candidates to meet urgent and high-volume hiring needs.
High-Volume Recruiting
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, balancing efficiency with quality to meet aggressive hiring timelines.
- Prioritize and adapt to shifting recruitment needs in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising candidate quality.
Support Desired
- Source candidates with experience in various industries such as case management, language services, and administrative services, including those skilled in client advocacy, resource coordination, linguists and interpreters, data entry and processing.
- Identify professionals with a track record of providing high level customer service support.
- Source candidates with strong organizational, communication, and technical skills to meet the unique demands of our customers.
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand specific role requirements and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Provide regular updates on recruiting progress, market insights, and talent availability to support workforce planning efforts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and responsive communication throughout the recruitment process.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all recruitment efforts align with government contracting compliance requirements, including EEO and OFCCP guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide reports as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven success in high-volume recruiting or talent sourcing, preferably in government contracting industries. Previous experience sourcing or recruiting candidates for roles in case management, language services, or administrative support is helpful.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with government contracting requirements, such as security clearances, compliance standards, and federal hiring guidelines.
- Sourcing Expertise: Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards. Strong experience with Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Soft skills: A desire to learn, grow and be driven to success are vital to thrive in a dynamic, high-demand industry. Attention-to-detail skills are also imperative to your success as it will demonstrate your ability to focus on details and produce high-quality, accurate work.
Preferred:
- Language: Fluency in Spanish is preferred; additional language skills are a plus.
- Travel: The ability to travel to support recruiting operations is highly preferred.
