Position Overview:

We are seeking a Systems Administrator to implement, maintain, and support our growing corporate and Information Technology infrastructure within a Microsoft Office 365 GCC High environment. You will be part of the Information Technology Operations team that is responsible for designing and developing scalable, maintainable, highly available Information Technology Systems that meet business objectives service requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and maintaining Data Center systems and Enterprise Applications to include VMWare host, NetApp storage, Windows and Linux servers and various management applications
• Monitoring system performance, utilization, and trending to ensure system availability, reliability, redundancy and sufficient capacity
• Administrating and maintaining system software to support the system environment (upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations)
• Providing level 2/3 local support to end users, including the onboarding of new onsite employees
• Working within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
• Coordinating support and maintenance activities with outside vendors and contractors
• Installation, configuration, upgrade, and maintain desktops, laptops, notebooks, printers, mobile devices, and cell phones
• Support various IT projects in partnership with business needs
• Linux Systems Administration

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related subject or equivalent experience
• Active TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance required
• 3+ years of hands-on systems administration experience with familiarity working with enterprise systems in a highly regulated environment
• Demonstrated hands-on experience and/or familiarity with the following:
• Monitoring, diagnostic, analytics, and administration tools
• Systems integrations and automation techniques
• Linux System Administration abilities
• Networking concepts including switching, routing and firewalls
• CompTIA Security+ is required

Preferred:

• Understanding of security and compliance; familiarity with NIST 800-53, DISA STIG and CMMC
• Microsoft and other Cloud environments, GCC High experience
• Active TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance with recent CI polygraph
