The ideal candidate will possess strong web development expertise, UI/UX design experience, and proficiency with HTML-based technologies, along with experience supporting multimedia content and modern web platforms..
Position Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications
- Design, create, modify, and maintain websites and web-based applications
- Develop new software applications and enhance existing systems based on specifications
- Design and improve user interface components, site animations, and special-effects elements
- Integrate websites with other applications and systems as required
- Convert written, graphic, audio, and video content into compatible web formats
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects through testing and debugging
- Ensure website functionality, performance, capacity, and security through ongoing maintenance
- Support current and future web-based technologies and application frameworks
- Create and maintain user guides, technical documentation, and system documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure web solutions support organizational strategies and external communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BS) with 12+ years of relevant professional experience OR Associate Degree with 7+ years' experience.
