We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Planner / Manufacturing Engineer to develop detailed work instructions supporting aircraft parts, assemblies, systems, and maintenance activities. This role translates engineering requirements into executable shop‑floor documentation while partnering closely with Engineering, Tooling, and Production.

What You'll Do
- Analyze engineering drawings, models, and specifications to define efficient manufacturing sequences
- Create comprehensive work instructions for machine parts, composite details/assemblies, airframe structures, aircraft systems, wiring, maintenance, MRB, or coatings
- Serve as a liaison between Engineering, Tool Design, Tool Shops, and Production to ensure manufacturability and accuracy
- Investigate issues and implement corrective actions to support quality and efficiency
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of manufacturing planning or equivalent engineering documentation experience
- Strong ability to read engineering drawings and write clear technical instructions
- Knowledge of fabrication, tooling, manufacturing, and inspection processes
- Experience with tools such as SAP, Solumina/iBASEt, Teamcenter, CAPP/SFM, MS Office
- Aviation experience preferred (not required)
- Active Secret clearance or recent investigation a plus
