Standardization and Evaluation Liaison Specialist II - Hurlburt Field, FL

The contractor shall provide support to squadron Stan/Eval function for all assigned Mission Design Series (MDS) aircraft and assist in fulfillment of all AFI 11-202 Vol 2 & 3, AFSOC 11-202 Vol 2 & 3 Supplements, and Wing 11-202 Vol 2 Supplement requirements.

Required Qualifications

Assist in establishing procedures to maintain and review unit Flight Evaluation Folders and maintain quality control of required Stan/Eval documentation to include the AF Form Contractor personnel will execute the Aircrew Examination Program to include Establish and maintain a trend program to include combining discrepancies common to all MDSs/crew positions and advise the Chief of Stan/Eval on trends.
Prepare the required documentation for the semiannual Stan/Eval Board (SEB) and support SEB execution as required.
Establish and maintain the unit Flight Crew Information File program, run Self Inspection Checklists, and maintain and update the Stan/Eval SharePoint site.
Track waivers for evaluation extensions as well as individual events requiring approval.
Track all AF Forms 847 from initial submission through approval/implementation.
Establish and maintain unit Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) program IAW AFSOC and local procedures. (i.e. Centralized Hub publication management). (This includes generating the list of required publications, task orders, forms and maintenance schedules and records, and ensuring the electronic records are current.)
Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a military aviator or crewmember with proficiency in aircrew tracking tools and databases. Documented experience managing training records, flight manuals, aircrew qualifications, certifications, FCIFs, and readiness status.
Must have a SECRET clearance.
Desired Qualifications

10 years in SOF aviation (rated or career enlisted aviator) and certified as an Evaluator
Recent (within 3 years) hands on experience using Patriot Excalibur (PEX), Britannica Fox and Graduate Training Integration Management System (GTIMS), Puckboard, DECAPES, SOFReady, and/or DRRS.
