- Act as lead architect for large-scale strategic programs, providing end-to-end solution oversight from concept through implementation.
- Partner with business, data, and engineering leaders to ensure aligned, secure, and scalable solutions.
- Review and validate architecture and design documents to ensure compliance with standards and objectives.
- Design and guide resilient multi-region cloud architectures and cloud platform strategies.
- Contribute code for microservices, infrastructure as code templates, automation scripts, and platform accelerators.
- Drive platform adoption and modernization of legacy systems.
- Mentor engineers, architects, and technical leads on design practices and emerging technologies.
- Align agile, iterative delivery with long-term architectural integrity.
- Guide platform choices, integration patterns, and implementation strategies across teams.
- Develop architectural blueprints and roadmaps aligned to investment strategies and modernization goals.
- Conduct architecture reviews focused on sound cloud principles for enterprise initiatives including platform rationalization, infrastructure modernization, and data architecture improvements.
- Govern architecture tools, standards, reference models, and reusable design patterns.
- Promote reference architectures and comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity playbooks across the technology organization.
- Advise on architecture governance, investment prioritization, and technology portfolio planning.

- 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise and solution architecture, ideally in investment management or financial services.
- Proven ability to translate long-term strategy into actionable architectures across business, technology, data, and application domains.
- Expertise in microservices, API-first design, event-driven systems, and zero-trust security.
- Experience designing resilient multi-region cloud architectures and leading platform strategy and adoption.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code, automation, and building platform accelerators.
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes, service meshes, and hybrid or multi-cloud deployments.
- Exposure to real-time data processing, messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ, or event sourcing architectures.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture platforms and modeling tools such as BizzDesign, OpenSearch, or ArchiMate.
- Strong verbal and visual communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align across functions and leadership levels in a collaborative environment.
