About the Role:

Tripoint Solutions is seeking a Sr. Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in support of one of our government contracts.

The Senior Manager, Quality Assurance leads the implementation and continuous improvement of an ISO 9001:2015-compliant Quality Management System (QMS) for U.S. Government programs supporting national security missions. This role ensures all deliverables meet PWS, contract, and customer requirements while driving standardization, compliance, and quality across transition and sustainment operations.

Location: On-Site. Tucson, AZ

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active or eligible U.S. Government Security Clearance (DoD Secret or DHS Suitability)
• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 10+ years quality/compliance experience supporting U.S. Government programs
• 3+ years people or program management experience
• Hands-on experience with ISO 9001:2015
• Strong auditing, documentation, and process improvement skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with DHS, DoD, or CBP programs
• PMP certification
• ASQ CQA, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or similar certifications

Responsibilities:

• Lead and maintain an ISO 9001:2015 QMS
• Review and approve program deliverables, reports, and documentation
• Develop SOPs, workflows, templates, and quality checklists
• Conduct internal audits, manage CAPAs, and ensure contract compliance
• Partner with PMO, engineering, operations, logistics, field, and data teams
• Oversee construction, field quality, and Systems Acceptance Testing (SAT)
• Track and report quality metrics, KPIs, and improvement initiatives
• Support staff training and onboarding on quality processes
