About the Role:
The Project Manager will lead and oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources effectively, and maintain clear communication channels among all project participants. They will also be responsible for identifying risks, resolving issues, and implementing best practices throughout the project life cycle.

Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for IT or federal programs.
- Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Monitor project performance, mitigate risks, and resolve issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Program Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile or other iterative project management methodologies.
- Advanced skills in project documentation and administration.
- Familiarity with additional project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in IT or federal projects.
