About the Role:
As a Web Developer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic and responsive websites that meet client specifications and enhance user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, content creators, and project managers to deliver high-quality web solutions that align with business goals. Your role will involve both front-end and back-end development tasks, ensuring seamless integration of visual elements with server-side logic. You will also be tasked with optimizing website performance, implementing security best practices, and staying current with emerging web technologies.
Location: Remote. The selected candidate must be currently located in, or willing to relocate to, one of the states supported by Tripoint Solutions corporate offices: AL, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MN, MS, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, or VA. (No relocation assistance provided.)

Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy responsive websites and web applications using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Customize and maintain content management systems such as WordPress and Drupal to meet client requirements.
- Implement UI design principles to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to translate wireframes and mockups into functional web pages.
- Optimize website performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Integrate third-party libraries and frameworks such as Bootstrap and jQuery to enhance functionality.
- Maintain code quality through version control and documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or related field
- 3+ years of experience designing and developing websites or web apps
- Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role in web development.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP programming languages.
- Experience working with content management systems, specifically WordPress and Drupal.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and UI/UX best practices.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap and JavaScript libraries like jQuery.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with accessibility standards and responsive design
