About the Role:
As a Part-Time Graphic Designer, you will play a role in creating visually compelling and effective design solutions that communicate our brand and client messages clearly. Your work will encompass a broad range of design projects including UI/UX interfaces, digital and print media, packaging, and branding elements such as logos and typography. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and client stakeholders to ensure design consistency and alignment with strategic goals. The ultimate goal of this role is to enhance user engagement and brand recognition through innovative and aesthetically pleasing graphic designs.
Location: Remote. The selected candidate must be currently located in, or willing to relocate to, one of the states supported by Tripoint Solutions corporate offices: AL, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MN, MS, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, or VA. (No relocation assistance provided.)

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop UI/UX components for web applications and digital platforms.
- Create graphics and visual assets for websites, eLearning modules, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with developers and project teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual and interactive elements.
- Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and responsive performance.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic or digital design.
- Proven experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design, typography, and digital graphic design.
- Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with package design and print production processes.
- Familiarity with web graphics optimization and responsive design principles.
- Knowledge of additional design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Previous work experience in a professional services or technical industry setting.
- Certification in UI/UX design or related disciplines.
