Supporting the customer's mission requirements via excellent oral and written communication skills. Coordinating with accounts payable and programs to reconcile invoice issues to ensure prompt vendor payments occur.

- Demonstrated experience working in customer community supporting customer's mission requirements.
- Demonstrated experience with leadership skills and support team members to achieve success.
- Demonstrated experience in creating reports and supporting high-level meetings and reviews.
- Demonstrated experience with data management processes and be able to support the team in documenting and tracking actions
- Coordinates with accounts payable and programs to reconcile invoice issues to ensure prompt vendor payments occur.
- Support Data calls as required.
- Participates in special projects as required.
- Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with vendors to obtain best pricing availability.
- Property tracking, inventory and management.
DESIRED SKILLS
- Demonstrated experience working well with a team. Listening and incorporating their input and needs to drive project completion.
- Demonstrated experience supporting technical operations with the customer or other IC agencies, to include demonstrated knowledge of operational environments, operational tradecraft, security, and counterintelligence.
- Demonstrated experience with written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex mission critical ideas to audiences with varied technical and operational backgrounds.
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining contacts with appropriate customer other USG organizations, and the IC to effectively support/coordinate the sharing of leads.
- Demonstrated experience with security and intelligence protocols and procedures.
