Intermediate Intel Analyst (5515)

Old Harbor Solutions LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an Intermediate Intel Analyst. This position is located in Alexandria, Virginia.

Position Responsibilities:

• Cover the position for 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, during core hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (start and end times may be adjusted based on mission requirements).
  
• Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and optimizing methods to assist management with decision making, policy formulation, and other managerial functions.
  
• Collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, services, or products.
  
• Develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation.
  
• Participate in the FPS Open-Source Threat Intelligence Program, including monitoring open sources to identify potential threats to federal facilities and supporting regional special event information needs.
  
• Coordinate conveyance of threat information to appropriate leadership in accordance with FPS policies and procedures.
  
• Comply with DHS and FPS privacy and civil liberties requirements.
  
• Monitor open sources to identify information meeting FPS PIRs and CCIRs.
  
• Coordinate reporting of PIR and CCIR data to Executive Leadership Team (ELT) in accordance with FPS reporting procedures.
  
• Prepare the Daily Intelligence Review Bulletin, access law enforcement and intelligence systems, draft and brief the DIRB, and finalize and release the DIRB daily.
  
• Support field requests for information and law enforcement system checks, maintaining access to relevant systems and documenting checks for performance management.
  
• Contribute to FPS Critical Incident Management, gathering and correlating intelligence data for incident reporting.
  
• Conduct research and data management in support of PIID analytic production and other agency needs.
  
• Generate data, briefings, reports, and products for FPS HQs as required.
  
• Assist in developing and drafting PIID intelligence and information reports in accordance with directives.

Position Requirements:

• Must possess a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  
• Ability to perform all functional duties independently.
  
• Minimum education requirement: BA/BS or MA/MS degree.
