Budget Assistant (5514)

OLH Technical Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Budget Assistant in Saint Petersburg, FL.

Position Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze budget information across financial systems.
• Perform budget queries, download reports, and track commitments, obligations, and expenditures.
• Monitor and report variances between allocations and obligations.
• Input budgetary and accounting data into financial systems.
• Collect, input, and analyze data from cross‑automated financial applications, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Reconcile budget execution data with accounting records and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop reports and tracking systems for monitoring expenditures and appropriated funding.
• Review financial documents for proper accounting classification and assist with cost adjustments and projections.
• Provide administrative and budget support to the Administrative Officer, Budget Analyst, and budget team members.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma
• Minimum Relevant Experience: 2 years
• Experience with BAS Sunflower is preferred.
