Responsibilities:
Strategic Support:
- Assist the CMO/Senior Advisor in developing, implementing, and tracking strategic priorities and initiatives
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for high-level meetings and engagements
- Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making and policy development
Operational Coordination:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external engagements
- Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and follow-through
- Serve as a liaison between leadership and other teams, government agencies, and external partners
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Draft correspondence, talking points, and communications on behalf of leadership
- Facilitate seamless information flow and alignment across teams and projects
- Support outreach and engagement with federal agencies, academic institutions, and industry partners
Project Management:
- Lead or support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CMO/Senior Advisor
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend solutions to overcome obstacles
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment (government, healthcare, research, or consulting preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
Nice to Have:
- Advanced degree in public health, biomedical sciences, health policy, or related field
- Experience supporting senior executives or government officials
- Familiarity with biomedical research, health innovation, or federal health agencies
- Experience working in a start-up environment
Salary Range: $89,455- $135,200
