Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support services including troubleshooting, break/fix support, system imaging, and workstation setup for Windows-based environments.
- Support and maintain Windows 10/11 systems, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and other USPS-approved enterprise applications.
- Deliver professional, white-glove support to executive leadership, Directors, and VIP end users.
- Resolve LAN/WAN connectivity issues to ensure stable and secure network performance.
- Utilize endpoint protection tools, including SentinelOne, to support workstation security and compliance.
- Perform workstation deployments, asset tracking, inventory management, and lifecycle support activities.
- Manage badge access and user profiles following required training and authorization.
- Address daily technical support requests including printer issues, account lockouts, MFA challenges, and device connectivity problems.
- Accurately document, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
- Maintain a proactive, service-oriented approach while supporting users in a high-visibility, enterprise environment.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience providing desktop or IT support in an enterprise environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and standard enterprise applications.
- Foundational networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
- Experience supporting executive-level or senior leadership users.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work onsite and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
