Provides technical, consultative, and administrative services across a broad range of functional disciplines related to Army Materiel Command Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS) /Industrial related Control Systems (ICS). Assists the customer in effectiveness and efficiency of military related operations, resources, and programs to include planning, resource management, tracking, and metrics development.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)
- Collects data from databases, web-based sources and tools, industry reports, public information, and/or internal sources related to the Army Portfolio Management System (APMS).
- Ensures information meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Investigates current practices and participates in brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions for areas to improve current implementations to APMS.
- Provides input to the team which prepares reports, dashboards, and graphic illustrations of findings.
- May collaborate with functional areas to develop and maintain performance metrics, measurements, methods, and targets.
- May present findings to general officers and senior executive staff and internal stakeholders.
- Makes recommendations based on an understanding of the Department of Defense, Department of the Army, and IMCOM's strategy and stakeholder needs.
- Participates in working groups, process reviews, and program management reviews which may include Department of Defense, Department of the Army, and IMCOM stakeholders.
- Prepares senior-level presentations that communicate the as-is and the to-be states and clearly demonstrates business value to be gained from an improvement.

Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Technical discipline, or related field or equivalent
- Minimum of 7-9 years' related experience
- Must have an active Secret security clearance; United States Citizenship is required
- Travel up to 30% is required
- Working knowledge of US Army IMCOM organization and procedures
- Ability to focus on details while operating in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and shifting demands
- Ability to exercise time management and meet short fuse deadlines
