SOSi is seeking an IMINT Analyst to support GEOINT mission requirements for an Intelligence Customer. The role involves conducting complex GEOINT exploitation operations and reporting, adhering to established protocols and performing with minimal supervision. This role provides an opportunity to engage in multi-INT analysis, contribute to mission readiness through collaboration with intelligence experts, and support critical theater and national defense operations.
Essential Job Duties:
- Perform advanced analysis and exploitation of U.S. Government and commercial GEOINT assets using platforms such as SAR, EO, MTI, LiDAR, OPIR, and WAPS to meet operational and strategic intelligence needs.
- Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software and tools (e.g., ArcGIS, SOCET GXP, RemoteView) to perform geospatial data modeling and analysis in response to critical intelligence requirements.
- Capture analytical findings in written, graphical, and multimedia formats that comply with classification, accuracy, content, and timeliness standards established by national and local policy.
- Manage intelligence data from local, theater, and national databases, ensuring efficient retrieval, organization, and preparation for analytical exploitation and dissemination.
- Provide senior-level GEOINT advisory support to government leads by researching and responding to taskers, presenting informed assessments, and addressing intelligence questions surfaced during meetings, exercises, or formal tasking.
- Collaborate with collection managers to refine requirements and develop GEOINT collection plans, optimizing national, theater, and commercial capabilities, including Aerial ISR platforms and multi-INT collection integration strategies.
- Develop and deliver presentations, technical briefings, and written reports tailored to senior stakeholders, ensuring precision, clarity, and relevance to mission priorities.
- Monitor and interpret geopolitical developments related to supported Combatant Commands to provide accurate, timely, and insightful intelligence assessments for decision-making.
- Ensure all GEOINT processes, analysis, production, and reporting align with national and local directives, such as the NSG Publication 1.0 GEOINT Doctrine, and other applicable technical publications and policies.
- Provide GEOINT analytical and production support to Brigade and theater exercises while maintaining real-world GEOINT production to meet mission objectives concurrently.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Active in scope TS/SCI.
- MA or MS in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 6 years CURRENT GEOINT Analysis experience; OR
- BA/BS degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND at least 10 years of Intelligence Analysis experience to include 8 years of CURRENT GEOINT Analysis experience; OR
- HS diploma/GED AND Specialized Training with at least 15 years of Intelligence Analysis experience to include 10 years of CURRENT GEOINT Analysis experience.
- Excellent written & oral communication, research, and analytic skills.
- Expert ability to manage personnel, requirements, and coordination of projects.
- Expert capabilities to research, create, develop, and deliver professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written reports.
- Extensive experience supporting decision making and special projects on integration issues, including the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for senior stakeholders.
- Experience with assessments, enterprise data integration, governance, and metrics, including the application of metadata management techniques and data modeling and design.
- Expert knowledge of Army structure and defense level intelligence operations: intelligence collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination for intelligence databases and products.
- Experience with tradecraft and publication and ability to coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups, assimilate large volumes of information, and independently produce written reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience with intelligence operations and in assisting with drafting expert assessments across operations priorities on behalf of the stakeholder.
- Specialized training from any intelligence collection and analysis school or certification to include GEOINT Professional Certification (GPC-F, GPC_IA-II, GPC_GA-II, GPC_IS-II, etc.)
- Knowledge and understanding of the National System for GEOINT (NSG).

- The primary performance location for this contract will be Fort Gordon, Georgia. The Government reserves the right to require contract performance at alternate locations, as dictated by mission requirements, and these locations may be subject to change.

- Potential performance locations may include the following:
