The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention.

The Surety Programs Group (SPG) supports government and private sector management of complex safety, security, and reliability programs for high consequence operations. SPG delivers industry-leading, innovative, and value-added services such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention to help our clients understand and mitigate mission risks spanning physical, cyber, and human domains. SPG has an urgent need for a Program Manager to support these efforts.

Responsibilities

The Program Manager (PM) will oversee and manage all aspects of support to the US Navy Strategic Systems Programs' Nuclear Weapons Surety (NWS) Acquisition and Operations Branch (SP207). The individual selected will work closely with Branch leadership to develop and manage tasks and priorities and to integrate them appropriately within the broader Surety enterprise. She/He will also understand and integrate priorities of adjacent Branches, Divisions, Field Activities, and external stakeholders to facilitate shared vision and understanding among the team. The PM will ensure overall project quality and client satisfaction while managing budget and funding execution, and will supervise, lead, and mentor a team of four analysts and engineers.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Active DoD TOP SECRET clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience with US Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP).
  • 10+ years of experience with the government procurement, design, development, construction, maintenance, employment, or assessment of: naval sea-power projection, security systems, and/or critical infrastructure.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree.
  • Experience with Financial Management and Contracting.
  • Experience with the Integrated Nuclear Weapons Security System (INWSS).
