Senior Warfighter Integration Analyst

MTSI is looking for a talented Senior Warfighter Integration Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to provide technical support to the MDA Chief Architect's Advanced Concepts Evaluation Office (MDA/CAC) in its mission as the single point of contact for wargame requirements development and analysis and to the Warfighter for all engineering and technical issues related to the Missile Defense System. The work is performed as part of an on-site contractor team at MDA facilities at the MDIOC on Schriever Space Force Base, CO.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide wargame and missile defense subject matter expertise to MDA/ CAC in their role leading the development of MDA's wargame event requirements and post-wargame analysis and reporting. Assist CAC by providing practical wargame experience to shape the content of MDA's wargame walk-up events, tabletop exercises and capstone events. Provide expertise to CAC in wargame doctrine and best practices employed by the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands (CCMD), Services and Defense Agencies.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree with 12+ years' experience or bachelor's degree with 20+ years' experience in missile defense-related or other DoD large project.
• Specific experience in wargame development and execution, systems analysis, and engineering for defense-related programs.
• Ability to plan and execute required support, develop clear and concise written products, and present wargame and missile defense technical matters to MDA senior leaders and MDA warfighter and international working group meetings in support of MDA/CAC.
• Top Secret clearance

Desired Qualifications:

• Active TS with SCI is highly preferred

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $115,000/year to $160,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors.
