MTSI is seeking a skilled Product Engineer to support the Uncrewed Launch and Control (ULC) Product Office, providing assistance to the Assistant Product Manager (APM) for Uncrewed Vehicle Control (UVC). The ideal candidate will serve as a technical leader and contributor in areas including Defense Acquisition System management and System of Systems Integration. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and leadership in Defense Acquisition System activities and System of Systems Integration.
- Coordinate UVC software efforts across various hardware platforms.
- Support technical efforts with government agencies, offices, and contractors.
- Monitor cost, schedule, and performance for ULC technical activities.
- Contribute to the design, development, testing, and contractor oversight process.
- Prepare and present technical and programmatic briefings to management, partners, and stakeholders.
- Assist in developing milestone and technical documentation for contract requirements packages and contracting/acquisition strategies.
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team to execute program goals efficiently.
- Provide input to develop acquisition strategies or plans tailored to each effort.
Qualifications Required:
- US citizenship is required and an active secret level security clearance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in product engineering or related areas.
- Preferred:
- Experience with Defense Acquisition System processes and System of Systems Integration.
- Familiarity with software development and testing in DoD environments.
- Strong technical writing and briefing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
