Duties and Responsibilities
This support will provide Logistic Support Analyst Services for the 11 Navy Reserve Squadrons and their associated overseas detachments assigned to CFLSW. These units are comprised of Full Time Support (FTS) and Selected Reserve (SELRES) personnel. Tasks include the following:

Duties and Responsibilities
This support will provide Logistic Support Analyst Services for the 11 Navy Reserve Squadrons and their associated overseas detachments assigned to CFLSW. These units are comprised of Full Time Support (FTS) and Selected Reserve (SELRES) personnel. Tasks include the following:
- Record and distribute Tableau Readiness Dashboard aircraft status and Aviation Maintenance and Supply Readiness Reporting (AMSRR) comments daily.
- Track and distribute VR C-130 Detachment MC performance daily and record Equipment Operational Capability (EOC) codes that limit detachment mission execution for Readiness Cell trend analyses.
- Generate and distribute AMSRR Not Mission Capable Supply (NMCS) and Partial Mission Capable Supply (PMCS) High Priority (Hi Pri) daily to support FLSW squadron mission capability generation.
- Generate and distribute asset search inventory results for open VR aircraft work orders showing on hand quantities versus allowances by site, material condition code, and unit price.
- Be the Tableau dashboard supply report subject matter expert and be able to support ad hoc requests for fleet training and access via remote or in-person training.
- Identify and recommend lateral support (LATSUP) candidate parts to the FLSW Readiness Cell and fleet units.
- Analyze NMCS trends and make allowance change recommendations to the FLSW Readiness Cell and fleet units to reduce NMC to MC TAT.
- As the focal point for monthly TMS Readiness, Bi-Weekly HUD, and O-6 P2P briefs, the contractor shall solicit and integrate slide inputs, manage brief contents, prepare and distribute drafts, maintain and update team membership and meeting invites.
- Generate and distribute Hi Priority National Item Identification Number (NIIN) analysis tools showing NMCS item availability across all USN and USMC C-130 support bases with stock levels versus authorized allowances.
- Provide professional administrative support in scheduling management meetings and providing written minutes with action items, action officer, and due dates.
- Track Not Mission Capable (NMC) to Mission Capable (MC) turnaround times by squadron and BUNO, develop graphs and charts to display readiness drivers, and analyze root causes for top 10 NMC drivers.
- Schedule the following meetings based on VR TMS MC status:
- Daily Lower Control Limit (LCL) Code Yellow meetings between FLSW Readiness and squadron Maintenance Officers who are below target when C-130 MC is between 11 and 12 aircraft.
- Daily Hard Deck (HD) Code Red meetings between FLSW MO and squadron CO/XOs who are below target when C-130 MC is between 9 and 11 MC aircraft.
- Daily Code Black meetings between FLSW Deputy and squadron COs who are below target when C-130 MC aircraft count is at 8 or below.
- Daily Lower Control Limit (LCL) Code Yellow meetings between FLSW Readiness and squadron Maintenance Officers who are below target when C-40 MC is between 9 and 10 aircraft.
- Daily Hard Deck (HD) Code Red meetings between FLSW MO and squadron CO/XOs who are below target when C-40 MC is at 8 aircraft.
- Daily Code Black meetings between FLSW Deputy and squadron COs who are below target when C-40 MC aircraft count is at 7 or below. Deliverable: Schedule relevant meetings with appropriate stakeholders based on MC outcomes.
- Attend and when necessary, represent the FLSW Readiness Cell on MDI, MOC, TYCOM, Maintenance Department, and PMA-207 recurring and ad hoc meetings as required. Deliverable: Meeting attendance and written minutes as required.
Knowledge and Qualifications
- Minimum of High School diploma plus 5 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of experience.
- Experience in the field of government logistics and supply, preferably with Air Force or Naval aviation, and knowledge of logistics/supply policies and procedures.
- Experience with Tableau Readiness Dashboard aircraft status and Aviation Maintenance and Supply Readiness Reporting, and aircraft related logistics/supply reporting.
- Experience using military logistics/supply systems such as Enterprise Resource Planning, One Touch, and Fuels Automated System (FAS) Enterprise
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
