Role Overview
Project Manager supporting an enterprise Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation
Program has completed Discovery and is entering Design, followed by Execution
One PM role currently open; existing PM is transitioning to another role on the program
This is a hands-on, execution-focused PM role, not a strategic Program Manager role
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and refine an existing integrated master schedule (IMS) (baseline already exists)
Support schedule stabilization and refinement during design
Track and manage RAID (Risks, Issues, Decisions) and parking lot items
Ensure resource alignment across teams
Support change management
Produce weekly project status dashboards and executive summaries (templates provided)
Capture and synthesize inputs from design sessions into leadership-ready reporting
Manage cross-workstream dependencies between CLM and S2P teams
Coordinate matrixed teams and lateral touchpoints across both workstreams
Note: PM will not facilitate design sessions. Design is led by BPR experts and Deployment SMEs. PM supports tracking, documentation, and reporting.
Required Experience
3–5 years of Project Management experience
Strong PM fundamentals: scheduling, tracking, reporting, RAID management
Experience supporting enterprise SaaS implementations
Strong preference for experience with:
CLM and/or Source-to-Pay
ERP-adjacent platforms (Infor, Icertis strongly preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-moving transformation environment
Comfortable managing matrixed teams and cross-project dependencies
Nice-to-Have
Prior experience on CLM or S2P programs
Experience supporting design-to-execution transitions
Familiarity with burn-down reports and execution metrics
