POSITION OVERVIEW
STi is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst (SME) to drive enterprise readiness improvement analysis supporting COMFRC. This role leads sustainment and readiness analyses, evaluates impacts of reliability/maintainability changes, and develops actionable insights to improve materiel availability, affordability, and mission readiness.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead readiness and sustainment analyses supporting enterprise readiness improvements and mission-aligned outcomes.
• Evaluate impacts of reliability/maintainability changes on life cycle/total ownership cost, maintenance concepts, planning, and supportability.
• Support COA development, readiness recovery planning, and strategy effectiveness metrics to quantify outcomes and shortfalls.
• Conduct sustainment cost/readiness tradeoff assessments and translate technical and financial risk into readiness/cost impacts.
• Produce executive-ready reports/briefings and provide SME guidance across the team; coordinate with enterprise stakeholders as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
U.S. Citizenship required. Active Secret clearance required.
• BA/BS in a relevant field and 15+ years of related experience (Senior/SME level)
• Demonstrated senior logistics/sustainment analysis experience and strong stakeholder advisory capability
• Strong writing/briefing skills and experience delivering actionable, defensible recommendations
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to work in Government IT environments
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Naval Aviation sustainment/logistics SME experience
• Experience with readiness improvement strategies, metric governance, and degrader prioritization
• Experience supporting BCAs/trade studies and readiness/cost impact assessments
WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Hybrid support: Government site locations include Bldg 446/447/448, NAS Patuxent River, MD
• Normal hours typically M–F 0800–1630 (some offices allow 0600/0630–1800)
• Overtime is not authorized under this contract
• Telework/remote only with COR written approval (position/tasking dependent)
