POSITION OVERVIEW
STi is seeking a Logistics Analyst (Journeyman) to support COMFRC readiness initiatives through logistics and sustainment analytics. This role helps assess readiness impacts, supply chain performance, integrated product support (IPS) considerations, and supports development of actionable products for Government stakeholders.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze readiness and sustainment performance across maintenance and supply data to identify trends, drivers, and degraders.
• Support analysis of supply chain performance metrics and spares/repair supportability problem areas.
• Assist development and assessment of readiness improvement strategies and COAs, including impacts to readiness, cost, and lead-time.
• Support logistics and readiness analysis spanning IPS elements and Operations & Support (O&S) considerations.
• Prepare reports/briefings and contribute to readiness dashboards and metric definitions using approved data sources.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
U.S. Citizenship required. Active Secret clearance required.
• BA/BS in a relevant field and 3–15 years of related experience (Journeyman level)
• Experience conducting logistics/readiness analysis and translating findings into actionable recommendations
• Strong Excel-based analysis skills and briefing/writing capability
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to work in Government IT environments
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Naval Aviation or DoD sustainment logistics experience
• Experience with IPS/O&S analysis concepts, readiness metrics, or RCA-style degrader analysis
• Experience supporting dashboard requirements and performance metric governance
WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Hybrid support: Government site locations include Bldg 446/447/448, NAS Patuxent River, MD
• Normal hours typically M–F 0800–1630 (some offices allow 0600/0630–1800)
• Overtime is not authorized under this contract
• Telework/remote only with COR written approval (position/tasking dependent)
