Travel Deployment Tech – East Coast
Apex Systems is seeking a Travel Deployment Technician to work with a lerge government client and travel the east coast for desktop deployments. A qualified candidate will have an active Secret Clearance and prior experience with deployments, migrations, active directory and hardware.
Clearance – Secret
Location – Weekly Travel on the East Coast
Client – Government Integrator
Employment Type: Contract
Pay
• Varies based on location
• Roughly 34-38/hr
Key Responsibilities
• Assist information engineers in coding, testing, implementation, and documentation projects.
• Conceptualize, design, construct, test, and implement portions of business and technical Information Technology (IT) solutions.
• Interact with customers to understand the business environment and technical requirements.
• Define scope, plans, and deliverables for assigned projects.
• Collect, identify, and organize detailed user and IT requirements.
• Participate in IT solution implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and conversions.
• Prepare system documentation and establish security and integrity controls.
• Analyze and resolve business or technical problems using appropriate tools.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2-3 years of IT experience with an emphasis on troubleshooting and imaging.
- Certifications: Security+ certification is required. Must also possess an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) network support certification and an Operating System (OS)/Application certification.
- Clearance: Must possess an active DOD Secret clearance.
